This traditional jelly is made from the wild fruit of the blackberry, producing an intense flavour. Blackberries are brought to boil and simmered gently. Tiptree products are made to cherished recipes and are free from artificial colours and flavours. Tiptree inspects and prepares their fruit by hand, then cooks in small batches using traditional, copper-bottomed pans.
